At the age of 22, I bought my first property and owned 2 properties in my 30s. I was lucky that I started early in my planning for my retirement through property investment. But during my 20 years in the industry, I realised that many Singaporean do not plan enough for their own retirement and not many know the concept of wealth creation.Property investment was once only for the rich and the affluence, but this is not so now.
