The employment market has been feeling the heat of the economic downturn as employers layoff staff in an urgent bid to reduce cash flow damages. Deepening economy has caused companies to put their employees on no-paid leaves and salary-cuts, resulting in many to be in despair and fear against the loss of their jobs.
Are you among those who are affected by the volatile market today?
I can understand the feeling of uncertainties. Losing one’s rice bowl can be truly devastating for most employees, especially when you have a family to take care of. While the Government has released life-saving budgets to support the businesses & employees, the threat of losing your job can be emotionally stressful to deal with.
It’s a dramatic outlook, but all may not be what it seems. If you can’t change the situation, change your plans in response to Covid-19.
There again, in the real estate business, it is a different story. You call the shot for your hard work paid off. I just received some positive notes from some of my agents, while circuit break is still in place, deals are still closed online through zooms & various technologies.
Many would ask, why should you start a business when everyone else around you is failing? With this pandemic outbreak, it opens doors to many who are looking for a sustainable household income, at least not having to worry about redundancy.
While you have secured your full-time jobs, it is also considerable if you should start having a Plan B.
If you’re looking for a contingency plan, Real Estate Industry might be your answer. Where investors are still looking for undervalued properties today, New Launch sales have been secured online, this market has proven to withstand the economic crisis led by the pandemic outbreak.
There’s nothing wrong sourcing for other options in life, whether you’re looking for a long-term career change or a part-time contingency plan B, this might be for you.
