The employment market has been feeling the heat of the economic downturn as employers layoff staff in an urgent bid to reduce cash flow damages. Deepening economy has caused companies to put their employees on no-paid leaves and salary-cuts, resulting in many to be in despair and fear against the loss of their jobs.
