There is no surprise that the Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted nearly every aspect of life.
While the Circuit Breaker has taken place, Jen Tan Division has worked on a Business Continuity Plan for our associates. One of our top priorities is to help our teammates to stay connected.
The Business Continuity Plan includes different types of sales training programs to upskill our division, preparing ourselves better once the Circuit Breaker is lifted. Fundamentally, when there is more time, it is time to stay equipped and brush up our skill sets. We want our people to leverage on this period to stay ahead of the industry.
Work aside, it is always fun being in an agency that shares the culture of a close-knitted family. During this period, we have received, exchanged and provided many useful tips & asset wealth planning strategies we can assist our clients with.
