As you may have already known, at age 22 I made the commitment to give myself better financial choices for my later years in life (which is now). When i was 30 years old, I had 2 properties in my property portfolio. Call it a blessing, that the opportunity came to me during my early years and that I was wise enough to make the decision to commit to my retirement years through property investment.

In the first 20 years of my real estate journey, I realised that not many Singaporeans have planned for their retirement and not many know the concept of creating wealth. I personally believe with full of conviction that most if not all of us can enjoy financial freedom, or the freedom to make any kind of financial decision if we are prudent with our money and make the right decisions especially with property investment.

Why Property?
