What constitutes to the ​massive capital gain​ in District 19 as a whole?

Singapore’s First Enterprise District will create 28,000 new jobs and new infrastructure such as the Centralised Logistics Hub, Market Village, Civic Commons progressively built from 2023.

#2: General Hospital, Mega Childcare & Other Amenities

As a region for young families, convenience will be increased for residents with the installation of a brand new General Hospital and Mega Childcare in both Sengkang & Punggol. With other quaint cafes, perks, Coney Island and Punggol Settlements. Can Singaporeans resist the charm of this district?

#3 Sengkang West Industrial Park & Seletar Aerospace Park

The expansion and new developments from Sengkang West Industrial Park and Seletar Aerospace Park simply translate to a higher population in the region, bringing higher purchase and rental demand.

#4: Cross-Island Line

Linking major hubs such as Jurong Lake District, Punggol Digital District and Changi Hub, the introduction of the Cross-Island Line in Hougang, Serangoon North and Defu will shorten travel time by at least 50% bringing greater efficiency and convenience for residents and travellers.

#5 Surrounding Nature & Waterfront

Last but not least, Punggol. Known for its identity as the watertown abode, residents enjoy waking up to nature and soothing streams with no short of amenities in the vicinity.
