2. OLA EC
Located in Sengkang town, with a mere 700m to Sengkang MRT Station and within 1km to Nan Chiau Primary School, this project offers 548 units ranging from 2 to 5 bedroom penthouse units. Proudly developed by Evia Real Estate and Gamuda Land, the development is likely to launch with a range from S$900 PSF.
3. Parc Canberra EC
Located in Canberra town, it is 370m to Canberra MRT Station connected to Canberra Plaza (currently under construction), this project offers 496 units ranging from 2 to 5 bedroom units. Brought to you by reputable homegrown property consortium, Hoi Hup Sunway, the entry price starts from S$855,000.
4. Parc Central Residences EC
Located in Tampines Ave 10, this project offers 695 units which will launch on the Q3 of 2020. Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Group emerged as the developer for Parc Central Residences EC, and the PSF and prices are not available at the moment.
