Real Estate Look back in 2019 Enbloc

Singapore’s en bloc, also known as collective sale has been increasingly a trend today. Many property owners have related to en bloc as a winning lottery — creating a handful of en bloc millionaires, that said. So what’s your take on en bloc?

Land scarcity in Singapore is a well-known topic, creating bidding wars between developers. A shortage of residential building land for sale, combined with buoyant demand for new properties lies behind rising prices.

Jadescape, formerly Shunfu Ville, was sold at $747 PSF PPR and was launched for sale at $1,700 – $1,800 PSF.

The Florence Residences, formerly known as Florence Regency, was sold at $842 PSF PPR and was launched for sale at $1,400 – $1,600 PSF.

These are just 2 of the 60 land sales in 2019. Can you imagine what are the prices of the new land sales coming forward in 2020? What does this infer?

While most property experts predict the market will remain in limbo, many are snatching up before the next rise again.
